It is the little brother to the StoreMate 53, and offers unobstructed access so you can easily get to the items you store. As the item has no top channel across the unit, it is very easy to get in and out.

Garden Sheds - Manufacturing takes approx. 3-7 business days.
Carports - Manufacturing takes approx. 30 business days.
Smartlockers - Manufacturing takes approx. 30 business days.
Depot and Home delivery time frames once the item has been manufactured and shipped:
- QLD: Often same day delivery, up to 5 days*.
- VIC, NSW, ACT, SA: approx. 2 - 5 days usually, up to 10 days*.
- WA, NT, TAS: approx. 7 days, up to 10 days*.
* The timeframes listed above are based on normal conditions. Due to the nature of manufacturing schedules and potential delivery delays, your items manufacture and delivery may take longer than the times listed.
We are unable to accept returns for Smartlockers, Carports and Workshops.
The customer is responsible for all due diligence, ensuring the intended product is fit for purpose and meets local laws and regulatory guidelines, e.g. wind speeds, height, size etc prior to purchase.
Important Depot Pickup Information
- We will provide you with an expected factory dispatch date.
- We will will send you delivery tracking details when your order has left the factory.
- The depot staff will let you know when you can collect your order from the depot.
- Please note that you will have 48 hours to arrange collection from the depot once it arrives.
- After the 48 hour period you may incur a daily storage fee.
- Larger items like carports, workshops and Smartlockers cannot be shipped to the Northern Territory (NT), for either depot pickup or home delivery.
- Any orders for larger items to NT will be refunded. Please note it can take 5 - 10 days for refunds.
Important Home / Site Delivery Information
- Ensure property driveway is suitable for a tailgate truck.
- Ensure someone is available to assist with unloading to avoid additional charges**.
- If there is an Authority to Leave in place, orders can only be left at the front of the property, on the driveway or curbside if specified.
- If the property is unattended at the time of delivery and no "Authority to Leave" has been given, then the delivery will be deemed failed and will result in re-delivery charges.
- Flat rate garden shed delivery available Australia wide with the exception of; Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands 6798, 6799 and Russell Island QLD 4184.
- Larger items like carports, workshops and Smartlockers will have the delivery calculated at checkout.
- Larger items like carports, workshops and Smartlockers cannot be shipped to the Northern Territory (NT), for either depot pickup or home delivery.
- Any orders for larger items to NT will be refunded. Please note it can take approximately 5 - 10 days for refunds.
Refunds:
We are unable to accept returns for Smartlockers, Carports and Workshops.
Should a Garden shed or similar order be cancelled by you after being placed, or you have incorrectly purchased the wrong item which has been delivered, we may at our discretion, where the Trade Practices Act of Australia makes allowance:
- Charge a 25% restocking fee and cost of freight to return the goods to the warehouse.
* We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include:
- Limitations on quantities available for purchase
- Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information
- Problems identified by our credit and fraud checking systems
