IMPORTANT ALL ORDERS- PAYMENTS

Any refund balance if payable will be paid via the original purchase gateway used eg. PayPal, Stripe, less their fee charges.

GARAGES, WORKSHOPS, CARPORTS, & SMARTLOCKERS CANCELLATION

Garages, Carports, Smartlockers and Workshops: These steel buildings are manufactured to individual specifications. As they are made to order they are not able to be cancelled once manufacture has commenced.

Product Delivery

We offer various options for delivery of your items. Applicable options will be shown on the product page and also during the checkout process.

Flat rate $30 including GST for Spanbilt items. - Simply choose from our list of supported depots during checkout.

Home Delivery - Have your items delivered directly to your home with competitive courier rates.

Note: Delivery conditions and exceptions may apply.

We may use one or various couriers to deliver the product(s) shown on your order confirmation.

We try our best to have the products processed and sent in a prompt manner, however many factors can affect delivery time frames and we cannot guarantee that the time frames will always be met.

We assume no liability for any couriers actions, so if your order is delayed, or is delivered in a manner that was not what you were expecting, or if the instructions you provided for the courier were not followed, you must follow this up with the Courier that delivers your product, with the tracking number(s) we provide you.

Po Boxes and military addresses will not be accepted.

Personal pick up is not available from our head office.

Payment

All payments must be received in full prior to order delivery.

If payments have an error or are declined later by your bank or credit card issuer, the products remain the property of JD Digital Pty Ltd until fully paid.

Products that have been delivered, and remain unpaid after 30 days since delivery may result in debt collection.

While we strive to partner with reputable and professional transport providers, we want to clarify that JD Digital party / shedstore.com.au will not be held responsible for any damage that may occur to driveways, pathways, or any other part of your property during the transport delivery process. We recommend ensuring that the delivery route is clear and accessible to minimize the risk of damage.

By purchasing our products, you agree to our terms and conditions and authorise for third-party delivery vehicles to use your driveway to access the delivery address. The buyer accepts all responsibility for any damage caused to driveways, pathways, or any other part of your property during the delivery process. Any property damage or issues that arise are the sole responsibility of the transport provider.
