Q. How has COVID-19 affected the delivery process?

Q. Do you have a phone number I can call?
A. In short, we don't have one. We want to provide the lowest prices possible for our customers and have found that an email helpdesk is the best way to keep costs down. Our Customer Service team work 7 days a week and will be able to sort out any query you may have by email.

Q. Can you provide customisation to the sheds / products you show on your website?
A. No, unfortunately we cannot offer custom sizes or alterations to the products we offer.

Q. Do you have a showroom available?
A. No, unfortunately we do not have a showroom, we are online only.

Q. Can you provide custom sizing?
A. No, unfortunately we cannot offer custom size buildings or products.

Q. Can you build the shed/carport/aviary for us?
A. No, unfortunately we do not offer construction services. We supply the kitset only.

Q. Are products readily available at the depots?
A. No, all buildings are manufactured to order, and need to be manufactured then shipped to the selected depot.
