The following policies outline how operates and protects any information that you give when you use this website.

Transaction Currency

All transactions on this site are processed in Australian Dollars, AUD.

Returns & Refunds

There are no returns or refunds for larger items such as carports, garages, workshops and Smartlockers.

If you made a wrong colour or size selection, please get in contact with us as these are dealt with on a case by case basis. If a return or refund is approved, the freight charges are to be covered by the customer. Also, an additional 25% (of the purchase price) restocking fee may apply.

If you changed your mind and don’t want the item anymore, please contact us to ensure a refund is applicable. You may be able to send the item back to us in its original condition (to the factory), however we need to authorise this with the factory first. The freight charges will need to be covered by the customer. 25% (of the purchase price) restocking fee may also apply. We will refund the monies to you within 1 week of us receiving the item returned in a satisfactory manner. The refund will be credited to your credit card in the same manner as payment was made to You will be notified by email once the refund has been completed.

If your order has been damaged during transit, the manufacturer states that they must be given an opportunity to send replacement parts for any parts that are missing or damaged. All damage must be reported to ShedStore or the Manufacturer within 30 days of the order date of purchase in writing (email). You may be able to send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging (to the factory), however we need to authorise this with the factory first. The freight charges will need to be covered by the customer. 25% (of the purchase price) restocking fee may also apply.

Please note that all garages, carports and workshops and other items that are manufactured to order are not able to be returned as the manufacturers do not accept returns for those items.

Replacement & Missing Parts

Once you have received your product it is good practice to check off all the parts in the package using the part list provided in the box. Taking this step will ensure you have everything you need when you decide to assemble the product.

To avoid any disappointment (in the rare case a part is missing or you need a replacement), we recommend you check your product parts immediately upon receiving it.

If there is any part missing you can send a request to, who will notify the manufacturer immediately and arrange for replacements to be sent out. You have 30 days upon receiving the product to report a missing part with However, if you are in this situation and it’s beyond 30 days after receiving your product, please still contact us to see if we can assist you with finding you a solution.

Shipping Policy

Issues with receiving item(s)

It can take approximately 20 business days for your item(s) to arrive after despatch from the factory.

If you ordered a Carport or other large item that is made to order, you generally have to wait 25 working days for despatch, provided there are no manufacturing delays. Please see the "Pickup & Delivery" tab on each product page to determine the approximate despatch timeframe for each product.

Delivery conditions and exceptions:

A) Product delivery to homes is an assisted delivery service meaning it requires at least 1 able bodied person at home/site to assist the delivery driver with unloading your items.

B) We deliver Australia wide with the exception of; Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands 6798, 6799 and Russell Island QLD 4184

Important Note: Certain products may be delivered using different delivery companies, so delivery fee's and conditions will be determined based on the product choice. If the customer makes a purchase that includes items from different manufacturers, the delivery price shown and paid for may only be applicable for 1x item, not multiple items. If this is the case, will contact the customer and clarify this, and either invoice for the remainder delivery cost, or refund the customer the original purchase price should the customer decline to pay anymore for delivery.

Home Delivery time frames - this can vary due to the nature of the courier service.

We do not sell or disclose this information to any other person, other than the relevant factory / manufacturer for which the ordered product(s) is manufactured with. We do not store or keep any credit card details.
