Service Update - Delay timeframes

The factory has advised the following current manufacturing times for orders:

• Zinc / Rivergum orders: 72 hours
• Classic Cream orders: 7 days
• Slate Grey orders: 60+ Days. Back order only.

The factory apologizes for the delay and is doing everything it can to return to normal despatch times.

Service Update - 60 Day Delay on Slate Grey and coloured products

Spanbilt is currently experiencing major delays for SLATE GREY and other colour products causing significant delays to dispatch date.

Slate Grey products ordered from 16-5-20 onward, is delayed by approximately 60 days while the material shortage gets addressed.

Service Update - Manufacturing Time frame Delays 7-10+ Days

Spanbilt is currently experiencing interruptions to manufacturing of products causing significant delays to dispatch date.

This is due to materials shortages. This delay combined with current high order demand has meant existing and future order will be experiencing dispatch delays around 7-10+ business days.

Spanbilt is also approaching alternative suppliers for components and will make every effort to ramp up production to be back on track once these resources are received.

Spanbilt apologise for the longer than expected despatch timeframes of current and future orders.

Service Update - NO DEPOT PICKUP - DELIVERY ONLY OPTION

Due to COVID-19 Safe Work duty of care, Mainfreight Depots will be CLOSED to all customer order pickups effective immediately.

Customer’s with orders currently at Mainfreight depots will be contacted to come and collect their orders immediately.

Spanbilt is in discussion with Mainfreight about orders already in transit or to be dispatched.

Importantly, for all future orders received the Depot Pickup option will not be available until further notice.

Home delivery is still available however and existing home delivery charges still apply.
