Terms and Conditions for Price Match Guarantee

1. Notifying ShedStore.com.au of a Claim.

You must notify ShedStore.com.au via the button on the items product page that states "Submit a Price Match request" to make a claim under the Price Match Guarantee.

The lower rate must be available for purchase online at the time of you contacting us, as determined by our customer service representatives.

We aim to respond to all Price Match requests within 48 hours of submission.

2. Must be an "Apples to Apples" Comparison.

The Price Match Guarantee is available only for exact product SKU matches, available through ShedStore.com.au. For any stand-alone product item, the comparison must be to the same product purchased stand-alone through another website (i.e., not part of a combo package).

The price in question must also offer similar shipping / delivery option at the same price advertised (i.e. Free depot delivery).
Shipping price is not covered under the Price Match Guarantee. Only items in the store are eligible for Price Match Guarantee.

The Price Match Guarantee is not available for purchases on websites where the details are unknown until after purchase. You must meet all requirements imposed on the lower price (if any), including, without limitation, residency, regional and age-related requirements.

Comparison Rates Must Be Available to the General Public Online. The Price Match Guarantee applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public on an English-language website.

For example, this does not include rates offered on:

Membership program websites, corporate discounts or rates Group, charter, rewards program, incentive, meeting, convention, consolidator or interline prices Prices obtained via auction or similar process. Also prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public.

The lower rate may not come from a website where you call to get the rate, or from an e-mail that you received. In addition, the rate must be quoted in AUD dollars.

We reserve the right to decline the Price Match Guarantee should the price on the other website be below cost price offered to us by our supplier(s).

3. Verification of Claims.

All requests, including receipts, are subject to verification by ShedStore.com.au. ShedStore.com.au will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by ShedStore.com.au personnel.

Nor will ShedStore.com.au verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith.

Verified price match requests may either receive a discount link via email, or be offered as a refund once the purchase has been made. This is applies at the discretion of Shedstore.com.au.

4. Changes.

ShedStore.com.au administrators reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you.

The terms that are in effect at the time of your purchase will determine your eligibility under the Price Match Guarantee.

No change in the Price Match Guarantee program will affect any coupon that has already been issued to you.

The failure by ShedStore.com.au to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
